The Albanian government's visit takes place within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between Albania and Japan, as well as enhancing economic, cultural and diplomatic co-operation between the two countries.

Reference to the official agenda, Prime Minister Rama will be hosted by the Honor Guard by Japan's Prime Minister, Mrs. Sanae Takaichi, with whom he will also hold a bilatheral meeting.

The executive head will also visit the United Nations University in Tokyo, where there is expected to be a word during a panel discussion titled “Albania's path to EU membership: Japan's Role”.
