(a month ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the General Department, has announced that he has filed an indictment against three people with initials A.L., R.J. and V.N., under suspicion that, in co-ordination, they have committed criminal work “Deception”, according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The prosecution says the suspects, for the realisation of the scheme, have initially secured a rented bar and scheduled meetings with the injured, where they have subsequently managed to receive the amount of 12,000 euros.
According to the description in the indictment, the money was allegedly placed in a green bag and placed in a closet inside the bar, while a hole from the back was reportedly dug in the closet, through which they allegedly took the money without the knowledge of the injured and then fled into an unknown direction.
The report reportedly has found, following the operational actions of the Investigation Unit, that defendants, using similar schemas, have attempted to organise another extinguisher transaction of Kryptonals in Kacanic, on “mail Reka” route, offering U transfer The SDSM, worth 50,000 euros, and again securing a rented bar for meeting with interested persons.
Also, the prosecution reports that against defendants A.L. and R.J. The indictment includes another suspected fraud case, which, according to it, occurred on August 18th 2024 in Ferizaj, on the “Agim Prodani” road.
