Meta himself was not present while represented by his lawyer. Also present in the hall were Teddy Blushi, Flamur Noka and Bujar Leskaj.
“From October 21st 24th to this day, Meta, former president of the Republic and currently president of the Freedom Party, remains in custody without a decision of definite form. The file is already in the trial phase. “The arrest in the prison” can only be decided when any other measure is inappropriate. Limitations cannot exceed projections of the European Convention on Human Rights, Meta's lawyer has indicated.
