(23 days ago)High researcher at the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD), Naim Jakaj, has stated that the analysis of parliamentary activity in X Legislatura shows the disturbing level of non-admination of MPs.
According to him, parliamentary debate has focused mainly on economy and procedure, while important topics have remained almost out of focus.
“... important issues like European integrations, community rights, environment or Kosovo- Serbia has been left out of focus almost, for moremore, 26 MPs have not held any declarations, reflecting a disturbing level of non-angage of their”, Jakaj has declared.
He said the lack of parliamentary commitment undermines the country's representative post.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD), with support from Rockefeller Brothers Fund, released the monitoring report on the Kosovo Assembly's X legislature on Tuesday. /Betimy for Justice
