The young woman claims that the former policeman sent messages repeatedly and addressed them in words like “heart” and I want “ ”, while in some cases he also asked for meetings outside the city of Pec. To document the case, she had decided to record it secretly, while the materials provided were also presented on the “Kix Kosova” show.

According to the chronice, the confirmed videos have heard the suspect insisting on the meeting and telling her that she has been pushing him out for two years. The victim claims that he kept following her and knew her schedules, including her way to school.

As proof of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pec, text messages have also been delivered on the social network Viber, while the prosecution has filed charges against former police official for criminal work “sexual harassment”.

However, the Constitutional Court in Pec has acquitted the suspect, declaring him innocent. The prosecution has warned that it will appeal the verdict to the Court of Appeals, praising that sufficient evidence has been provided during the investigation supporting suspicion of its guilt.

Foundation Prosecutor's spokesman in Pec, Shkodran Nikci, said the suspect had been arrested during the initial phase of the investigation and that detention had been sought against him. He added that the prosecution, both during the investigation and in the judicial procedure, has sought the former police's sentence based on managed evidence.

The prosecution's file includes the testimony of a victim's friend who had claimed to have seen the suspect several times by conveying the 19-year-old to the school. According to her, the victim had hesitated to report the case because of family ties with the suspect.
