Haradinaj: One of the Serb regime's most inhumane crimes committed in Dubrava prison

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has commemorated the Dubrava prison massacre, naming it one of the most inhumane crimes committed by the Serbian regime against Albanians.
Through a Facebook post, he said the road to Kosovo's freedom was heavy and with countless sacrifices.
“Mby 130 prisoners were killed and hundreds more were injured, in a cruel attempt to wipe out life and break the spirit of our resistance. The Dubrava massacre remains clear evidence of the genocide policy and of ethnic cleansing exercised against the Albanian people”.
He has also remembered the anniversary of the Vushtrri massacre.
May 22, 1999, also reminds us of the massacre in Vushtrri, where Serb forces cruelly killed innocent men, women, elders, and children. Out of 68 civilians killed on “22 road May”, 67 of them troops were found years later in mass cemetery in Serbia, a shocking testimony to the size of crime and the effort to hide it. The road to freedom was heavy and filled with countless sacrifices. Even today, Serbia continues to reject responsibility for crimes committed, while our obligation remains to stop seeking justice. Kosovo does not forget. Eternal glory for freedom!”, he writes
