Driver patented daisies rise to 12 suspected abuse of official position in Pec

The Founding Prosecutor in Pec, the Randa Crime Department, has announced that he has filed charges against defendants A. S, T. U.S., M.S., L.G., N.D., B.K., D.T., B. B, M.D., M.I, and F.B. due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal acts “Legalize false content” and “bribe”.

"According to the indictment, defendant A.S., in the quality of the Centre for Association Licenses in Pec, over the period from 2021 to 23.07.2024, allegedly failed to fulfill his official duties by failing to implement the Law on Patenta Schafer and relevant administrative guidelines regarding the organisation and keeping of driver exam exams. The same is allegedly planning and organising the adoption of theoretical exams even in dates and illegal circumstances, enabling the testing of candidates who did not figure out the official candidate lists and without co-ordination with the competent ministry's key structures", the report said.
It is also known that the defendant R.S. It has allegedly helped realise these illegal actions, mediating and enabling bribery by representatives of various auto schools, in amounts that, according to the indictment, range between 300 and 1,000 euros, with the aim of passing candidates on theoretical and practical tests for driving licenses.
The indictment includes doubt that defendants A.S., T. The U.S. and R.S., on November 17, 2023, at the Centre for Association License in Pec's office co-ordinators, have acted in co-ordination in the conduct of criminal work “Manipulation with evidence”. The defendant T.S., in the quality of the theory question, allegedly during the 2021 - 2024 period has failed to fulfill official duties according to administrative provisions for providing minimum quality and standards for theoretical questionnaires, enabling candidates to pass the theoretical test through the account of correct answers and permission of testing even without complete documentation".
Also reported in the report, similar actions, according to the indictment, were allegedly carried out by the M.S. defendant, who in the quality of the theory question, allegedly acted contrary to official duties and responsibilities in order to benefit property for himself and other persons.
This criminal case includes the defendant L.G., administrative officer at the Centre for Association License in Pec, who allegedly allowed candidates to be submitted to exams even in cases where their files have been filed, as well as has not registered dozens of candidates in the relevant amsa books. According to the indictment, files of candidates illegally held outside the relevant body of"have also been found during the raid.
Also, defendants B.K. And N.D., in the quality of the examiners of the practical part, allegedly organised and conducted practical tests contrary to administrative and official working hours, enabling candidates to pass without fulfilling legal and professional criteria for driving licenses.
According to the indictment, as a result of these illegal actions, some of the auto-school representatives have gained unfair competitive advantages in the market, registering an apparent number of candidates compared to other auto schools.
Defendants Ml., D.T. and M.D., in the quality of auto-school representatives, are charged with criminal acts “Bribe code” and “Legalizing false content”, while defendants B.B. and F.Z. Charged for criminal action “Legalizing false content”.
The prosecutor of the case, in the case of setting up the indictment, has proposed to the competent court that, after managing evidence and conducting judicial examination, the defendants be found guilty and convicted by the law of criminal acts that are placed on them.
