Criminal suspects barred from approaching the Pristina municipality and the Cadastral Agency

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has rejected the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the F.S., L.R., and the N.S., suspected of corruption and other criminal acts.
“The Founding Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminal Affairs, has decided on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure in criminal case against defendants F.S. Because of criminal acts, misuse of official position or authority, misuse of official information and criminal acts taking bribes to defendants L.R. because of criminal acts, fraud and counterfeiting of the document, as well as to indictees N.S. Because of criminal acts for counterfeiting documents, legalising false container and criminal offense under the oath of”, the Court announced.
The trial of the preliminary procedure following the hearing of the parties in the procedure and after analyzing the subject paperwork, through the ruling has rejected the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure as unbased and against defendants F.S., L.R. and N.S. has set the ban on offering to the designated country or person, which was assigned to the defendant's measure in length of 1 (one) per month each, from the date 07.05.2026 to the date 07.06.26”.
However, the court has also ordered the move Presentation at defendant Police Station.
The trial has ordered the move at the police station to the F.S., L.R. and N.S., which the measure will be calculated in length of (1) month, ranging from 07.05.2026 to the date 07.06.26. The court could appoint the detention measure if the defendants fail to comply with the stated move. In the case of the court's deployment, the court found that, with high measures now, it will be achieved for criminal procedures to be conducted without obstructing”.
The sides have a ruling right at the Court of Appeals through the Foundation Court in Pristina.
