Court Makes Decision for Five Arrested in Cadastral Agency Case

The Constitutional Court in Prizren has rejected the prosecution's request for the detention measure against the five people detained in the action conducted at the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and in several other locations.
The news has been confirmed by the Constitutional Court in Prizren, where hearings have been held and, among other things, have revealed that the police station's move on five defendants has been scheduled.
Otherwise, Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship, through the Department of Crime for Economic Crime and Corruption Investigation Unit, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, has conducted an action today in the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and in several other locations.

According to the prosecution, suspects A.Q. and N.K., in co-operation and after the preliminary agreement, allegedly used a forged document entitled “Contrats for exchange of incompatibility” of 1966, posing a false exchange of property with illegal intents.
During the investigation they allegedly, with the help of official A.B. At the Foundation Court in Pristina, they have presented the document as authentic and have entered it into official archives, though it did not exist in official evidence. Likewise, A.B. It is suspected that it has created extinguishing files and has enabled legalisation of forged documents.
Meanwhile, officials B.S. and M.B. Kosovo's Cadastral Agency allegedly exceeded competencies and approved the N.K. side complaint, forcing the Pristina municipality to register the property on his behalf.
