Bilall Kasami V LEN hits Albania's ambassador to Skopje due to post for student protest

One of the leaders of the V LEN, Bilal Kasam, claimed that neither V. LEN and the government of Northern Macedonia have not at any moment requested the withdrawal of Albania's ambassador to northern Macedonia, Denion Meidani.
At a media conference, responding to journalists' question about the reports of the possible departure of Maidan, Kasami said decision-making for ambassadors is a matter of the Albanian state.
“VLEN, but even the Government of Macedonia, at any moment have had any requests to the Albanian state to withdraw Ambassador”, Kasami said.
However, he criticised the work of Ambassador Meidani, saying he would like him to focus more on protecting the rights of Albanians in the country.
“We would have wanted it more to represent citizens, or to protect the rights of Albanian citizens in northern Macedonia, more than some political grouping”, Kasami said.
He added that the assessment of the ambassador's commitment is the responsibility of Albanian state institutions.
