Biber “Besiana” results in pesticide, prevents cargo from being loaded at the border AUV calls on consumers to return where they bought it

The Food and Veterinary Agency has announced a ban on a product charge Kosovo-born red pepper made by the company “Ananax Impex”, on the border with Finland.
The AUV survey says that after conducting laboratory tests, the shipment has resulted positive with the presence of the pesticide {Carbofuran, above the allowed borders.
“All quantity has been destroyed by competent authority. The reporting case holds no. 2026.4462” says the announcement.
The manufacturer is the “Ananas Impex US company. P. K”, inside “Besiana”.
The product was dated December 8, 2026.
Consumers who own the product are recommended to return it immediately to the point of purchase.
Right after reporting through the RASFF system, AUV has initiated actions to undertake official ground controls. In order to prevent possible risks to public health and strengthening official control, all Border Control Points have been ordered to implement measures, additional preventions, increase control over the first substance used for the production and processing of pepper products, with the aim of identifying the possible source of contamination and preventing the market setting of high - content products or pestox1>, notes AUV's report.
AUV has said that additional inspections will continue at the manufacturer, for verification of all the tears of products in full tracking.

Food and Veterinary Agency (AUV), through the European Speed Food and Food System (RASFF), has been announced to ban a product charge: Red milling pepper, originally from Kosovo on the border with Finland.
