Agreement comes into force, free border movement between Albania, Kosovo

The deal for free border movement between Kosovo and Albania has entered into force again this Friday.

This agreement will be active until October, while it is expected to be renewed in December and January, as well as on weekends.

It calls for avoiding vehicle stays in line at the border, as well as facilitating procedures, where the transition is done without detailed control of identification or passports, except suspected cases.

Its implementation has avoided long expectations at the border.
