The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan said that following an investigation and application of separate investigative measures, he has detained the suspect S.S. in doubt that he carried out criminal work “Use of official position or authority”.
“After well-based doubt, defendant S. S, from 2019 to the date of 02,03,2026 employed in the Klokot municipality, in the quality of the official for culture, youth, sports and manager of the Klokoto library, has deliberately misused his official duty by failing to fulfill the same, and has benefited the monthly salary from the Republic of Kosovo budget, despite the same not being presented to work and has exercised no work activity, the task that the contract provides, damaging the Republic of Kosovo budget to the value of 39123.211oh1 euro>
