The US warns: Targets in Albania can become target of pro-Iranian groups

In a Facebook post, the embassy said the target could also be elements of the Iranian opposition that are located on Albanian territory.

“Iran-related groups can target subjects linked to the United States or elements of the Iranian opposition in Albania”.

“They can also target ordinary places, such as tourist sites, shopping malls, hotels, clubs and restaurants”.

The embassy encouraged American citizens to be more vigilant.
