According to the announcement, during the search of a customs truck, a physical person, a foreign citizen, has been spotted removing two packages from the cargo cabin. The move has raised doubts about customs officials, who have immediately intervened to conduct detailed control.

During additional verifications, authorities have made it known that customs bullets and vehicle safety rope had not suffered injuries, while the vehicle had been under continued customs supervision.
The total value of undeclared goods has been estimated at around 26,700.80 euros.
Kosovo customs has taken all necessary legal actions, including the provisional ban on homesicks and further proceedings on the case in line with legislation in force.
Customs authorities stress that they remain committed to combating illegal activities and protecting public health, preventing the market of undeclared and potentially dangerous products.
