US President Donald Trump signalled that the US is prepared to intensify the military response against Iran during the next “to the next three weeks”.
We'll hit extremely hard over the next two to three weeks. We'll bring them back to the Stone Age, where it belongs”, Trump said during a main hour speech from the White House.
“, meanwhile, discussions are continuing”, the president continued.

It is not the first time Trump has used the expression “conversion to the Stone Age” concerning Iran.
Earlier today, Trump in a post at the Social Truth stated that Iran has asked the United States for a ceasefire and that it will consider the request only after Iran has reopened Hormuz Strait.
Until then, he said, “we are destroying Iran and returning it to the Age of Stone”.
Otherwise, the president's comment comes a day after he suggested that the US could complete the war with Iran within two to three weeks. /Telegraphy/
