During the court statement, Minister Svecla said their move has been political and that he does not feel guilty.
“I don't feel guilty... our act has been a purely political act, not to prevent persons from performing official duty, but to prevent forgiveness or sale... of the hectares of the Republic of Kosovo”, he said.
Meanwhile, the court has decided to separate the criminal procedure against Svecla from that of other defendants in the case.
