This Special Court ruling has reacted O VL-KLAús, reports Periscope.
Through a post on the social Facebook network O V L- The KLA has named the special court's recent decision that “is another blow to the principle of a fair process”.
After the case closes, the prosecution's permission to hand over new materials, calling them “not “prova” is a dangerous procedure that directly violates the equality of the parties in the process. In this way, the protection of our fellow fighters is limiting the possibility of an equal confrontation, transforming justice into a unilateral process. Justice cannot be built on double standards”, it says in response. /Periscope/
