Smuggling goods worth thirty thousand euros discovered and confiscated

Kosovo Police, with its unit from the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, in the implementation of the Orders issued by the Basic Peja Court, in assisting Kosovo Tax Administration inspectors and in assisting the Anti-Contraband Customs Unit of Kosovo, due to suspicion of committing criminal acts; Forbidden trade and smuggling of goods has exercised control over a business subject and a residential home in Pec.

During the search on the business subject have been found and confiscated;

Electric cigarettes 684 pieces,

Crushed Tobacco 1400g.

A taste for electric cigarettes. 94 pieces,

Filter for electric cigarettes 1016 pieces,

Rains for eight kilos.

Cigarettes of various species: 6675 pieces and

Cigarette PURO 94 pieces.

While, during the exercise of control at the suspect's house, they have been found and confiscated;

Smuggling cigarettes of various kinds -- 38,200 pieces,

Filter for electric cigarettes 3,200 pieces,

Electric shower filter 853 pieces.

According to the preliminary assessment by Customs officials, confiscated goods are estimated to be about three hundred and thirty thousand.

Under the custody prosecutor's decision, criminal charges will be prosecuted against two suspected persons, as well as other legal procedures provided for such cases.
