Dear Kosovo citizens!
I announce to you that these days I have accepted the U.D. decree. President Haxhiu for release from Mission Chief's duty at the Holy See.
This decree marks the end of my mandate in the Vatican. Of course, not my commitment to the Republic, which I have served with devotion every time without ever asking for compensation.
It's been my life's honor, being the first mission chief in the Vatican.
Today, I am happy that not only the mission but also the relationships are fully consolidated.
I thank President Osmani for your faith, each of you for your support and Holy See for the love with which he welcomed me and offered me cooperation.
It has been two years of consecutive commitment and challenges, sometimes pointless, with more or less support but beautiful and productive, anyway.
Now when I am preparing to hand over the task to my successor or successor, I offer all my willingness to, in accordance with my dignity and position, ensure that our decisions do not hurt the hard - earned reports.
Grieve me,
Mihtar Vehbi
