Misetic hands over the final file, demanding Thaci's release from all charges

Misethic has requested Thaci's immediate permission on all charges.

“The Judge Body is required to declare T HACI innocent of all Actakuza points and order his immediate release”, the document concludes.

But it goes on to say that “if, however, the Judicial Chamber decides to consider the penalty issue, HACI must issue relief sentence”, the document says.

While the Special Chambers Prosecutor has demanded that Thaci sentence him to 45 years in prison.
