The union said that the miners have not had their salaries increased since 2016 until it reached their daily hard work.
This is no longer a wage issue. This is systematic injustice. MPs and ministers carefully care for themselves. Every year a raise. 13th pay. Quick decisions about their privileges. The state functions perfectly only when it has to reward power. While the miner is left out every account. Since 2016, no wage increase. Not even a 13th salary. Nor dignified treatment. Just silence and forget. The miners descend every day underground, where the danger is real, where health is slowly ruined, with each working day paid for with life. Meanwhile, on earth, prices go up, life gets expensive, and nobody asks about it. Even the pension trust is not paid. And when he seeks justice, when facing institutions, he finds no support. Even the court turns his back on him. Injustice is sealed by decision”.
The union said the miner finds himself retired tired, ill, overworked, and that instead of finding support, “ai faces another injustice: he can't even get his savings when he needs the most”.
This is a state disgrace. This is open contempt for work, for sacrifice, for the life of the miner. A country that rewards the luxury of power and condemns honest work is not fair. The miners today do not ask for charity. He wants what he deserves. It requires dignity. He wants justice. And while everyone else gets their 13th salary, the miner keeps waiting. Not because you don't deserve it, but because it's forgotten. Stop it. This silence is no longer patient. It's an injustice that's lasting. We call on the Ministry, the Supervisor Board and management of the business unit that, after a year of sacrifice, perspiration and unconditional labor, with full self-esteem, will see the possibility of stimulus before we act. Patience runs out of”.
