He has said going to the elections is not an option.
We have entered the last part of April, and there is a coming constitutional deadline before us. Going to elections is not an option, and electing the president is a constitutional duty. This requires the will for solutions, willingness to compromise, and not easy decisions. We know that there is no party that can claim that it wins 80 deputies, so the outcome of the elections should be accepted, and that position to develop genuine discussions, with interest in our country. We are open to solutions that respond to civic will, our state needs stability separately in this turbulent time. But beyond that, it needs stability and predictability because citizens have made their choice on December 28th, 113 days. Citizens voted for 4 years, and in accordance with their will we will bring the governing programme for approval 2026-2030. We are convinced that new elections do not bring major changes, create expenses of at least 10m euros for the CEC.”, Kurti said.
He will meet with LDK chairman Lumir Abdixhiku today.
Kurti also spoke of launching funds from the Growth Plan.
“We went and closed with a series of good news, following the adoption and ratification of the Assembly, the European Commission starts transferring tools worth 61m euros to the Growth Plan. In the state budget, there are 28m euros in credit form, and the rest 33m euros will be passed in framework. In addition to direct budgetary support, these vehicles will be invested directly in projects. The 9.3m-euro project for the transmission network with the German Bank for Development is among the first. In the next step after some reforms are met, we benefit about 90m euros, but some laws that we have processed must be adopted, and we will proceed today. We demand that we quickly pursue the adoption of laws, which, in addition to improving legal infrastructure, bring benefits to the country”, he said.
Kurti brought the slogan “
The first review of the Bill for the Bureau for the Confiscating of Riches is undoubtedly very good news for our country and justice. But for the relevant institution to live and start work is a must of adoption in second review, we know that the name of the Law has troubled many, so the objections have been great, wrapped up in a constitutional complaint, but we will not stop. We will live up to this pledge, the Bureau will be made, with the end of the <x1... We have already said, illegally acquired wealth is not private or legitimate”, Kurti said.
He mentioned shares in the north.
With determination and sacrifice, in our rule these days of the third term, we have broken up the pre-military criminal gangs that served as structures in the north. We have extended sovereignty, wicked order, despite disbelief. Our northern neighbour has not backed off from de-restating efforts, the alert presence of the state is producing results. We welcome the shares of our security institutions that found and confiscated weapons at various locations. Welcome to Stefan Radulovic, linked to the terrorist attack in Banjska. Justice only becomes complete when Milan Radoic is brought to justice in Kosovo. That combating organised crime is neompromis even evidence successful anti-drug shares in Pec, and anti-business in some cities in our country”, he said.
