Kosovars significantly increase investments in Albania, the interest of Albanian investors in Kosovo falls.
Kosovars have become among the biggest investors in the Albanian market, significantly increasing their economic presence in Albania.
During the first nine months of last year alone, investments from Kosovo have exceeded 150m euros, marking a significant increase compared to previous years, Klankosova broadcasts.tv.
Meanwhile, in the opposite direction, investments from Albania to Kosovo have been markedly lower, reaching around 100m euros. According to economic connoisseurs from both states, this inequality is coming as a result of the fact that Kosovo is no longer seen as an attractive enough market for foreign businesses.
Compared to 2024, Kosovars' investments in Albania have increased above 130%, showing a clear trend of increasing Kosovo capital interest towards the Albanian market. /Periscope
