Iran's military threatened with more devastation and praised its power, in response to American President Donald Trump's national speech Wednesday evening, at which he said the conflict is “right behind the end of” and threatened to return Iran “to the Stone Age”.
“The war will continue until the US and Israel face humiliation, shame, permanent regret and final surrender”, the spokesman for the Iranian military headquarters said in a statement reported by Iranian state media IRIB.
After the powerful and unimaginable shocks you've already received, expect even more destructive, wider and destructive actions from us”, the statement adds.
Iran also dismissed Trump's claims that his army has been severely weakened, saying the US knows “nothing about our broad and strategic capabilities”.
The centers you believe you've targeted are irrelevant. Our strategic military production takes place in countries you are not aware of and you will never be able to reach”, the Iranian Army continued.
Otherwise, Trump said his country would end its “work” in Iran soon, as the key strategic goals are approaching completion” in its first national war defence speech since the beginning of the conflict in late February.
At the same time, he said Iran would continue to face a series of attacks in the short term. /Telegraphy/
