According to the UN, such a decision creates division in society, favouring one category at the expense of another, though all citizens and businesses contribute to the state budget.
The GDP has stressed that the private sector is the main host of economic development, employing most citizens and ensuring major revenues for the state, while, according to it, is being unwarranted.
In response, the UN estimates that the 13th public sector salary is not merited, but a key and political reward, which violates the principles of equality and fair competition.
The Alliance wants the government to halt this approach to the private sector, to subsidise the workers of this sector and social categories, and to ensure equality for all contributors.
On the contrary, according to the GDP, such decisions will harm the business climate and trust in state institutions, said the head of GDP, Agim Sahin.
