Customs system hagged Will the price of car disposal in Kosovo increase?

According to Kosovo Customs, following a cybernik attack, the system not only in Kosovo, but throughout Europe has been the target of the attack.

This attack has prompted Kosovo Customs from the system that has so far used “Schwacke” for the assessment of the automation automation, have gone to the old system DAT (Deutsche Automobile Treuhand), which could affect the increase in the customs price for cars coming from different European countries towards Kosovo.

“As a consequence of this attack, access to this platform has been cut off at the European level and wider, making it impossible to use it for a certain time period” reported in Customs' announcement.

Kosovo customs announces the public and all interested parties that the platform for the assessment of used Scheacka vehicles, which has been used so far for customs evaluation purposes, has been the target of a cyber attack.
As a result of this attack, access to this platform has been interrupted at the European level and wider, making it impossible to use it for a certain period of time.
Under these circumstances, with the aim of ensuring the continuation of customs procedures and avoidance of delays in the flow of vehicles, Kosovo Customs has passed to use the DAT platform (Deutsche Automobile Treuhand, which operates with the same professional standards and provides reliable data on vehicle assessment.
Kosovo customs ensures that all actions undertaken are in place of facilitating trade, avoiding expectations and protecting public interest.
