The court's announcement reportedly that accused Arlind Manjuka and Egzon Azemi have been found guilty and “have each been sentenced to prison terms of 1 (a) 6 (sixth) year for the criminal work promoting division and failure to tolerate”.
While, the “accused Q.E. and E.Z. They have been convicted and each sentenced to prison sentences during the six-month term for the Kanosja” criminal work.
The sentence under this judgment will be executed 15 days after the full might of this act.
The accused are obliged to pay each of the 200 (two hundred) euros in the name of criminal procedure spending, as well as 100 (one hundred) euros each on behalf of compensation for crime victims”, the report says.
The fact is that the “damaged were instructed in regular law-civilal disputes, for the realisation of the property requirement”.
The sides have a right to complaint against this act of judgment at the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, within the 30-day deadline of the day of acceptance of the act.
