According to the announcement, this process will be carried out at the Kosovo Automotive Centre (QAK), where verification of glass compliance with allowed standards is made.
Institutions suggest that without the performance of A-TEST, the lines on the glass will be considered irregular, which may also bring penalisations to drivers.
The owners of cars that have put live lines on glass are advised to appear in the QAK to conduct the test and avoid possible fines.
