Eralby Brecani, son of Erzen Brecan's former SPAK police official, along with Ergys Dass and others for whom the investigation continues, have co-operated with each other in the form of a structured criminal group, for trafficking of 446kg of cocaine from South America to the Netherlands, where on the date of 05.01.2021, the seizure of this shipment was made possible and the arrest of a Dutch national.
