According to the official announcement from the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects, the move was set on 12 March 2026, while it was removed after the AKR has respected the 45-day legal deadline, maintaining the Electoral Assembly and meeting the relevant procedure requirements.
“The AKR considers this development an important step towards further institutional and political consolidation of our subject. We remain committed to transparent functioning, law enforcement and dignified representation of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
New structures released from the Electoral Assembly will immediately be engaged in empowering the party, boosting civic confidence and preparing for future political challenges.
The AKR thanks all members and supporters for patience and trust during this period and ensures that it will continue with a new energy and clear vision of the future”, the report says.
