Ivana Lisette Ortiz, a 35-year-old woman from Orlando, was charged with attempted murder, 10 counts of assaulting semiautomatic firearms, and three counts of gunfire in a residential building in early March.
She was also acquitted of other charges of the indictment.
Ortiz's lawyer, Derek Ray Dilman, spoke on her behalf while she was standing in the storage room.
She only talked about giving up her right to a quick hearing.
Dilman demanded that the $1.9m bail be reduced to $700, but the request was refused.
Earlier this month, Rihanna's home in Beverly Hills was the target of a shooting firearm, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
At the time, a police source said the singer was home at the time of the incident, which was reported at 13:15 on March 8th.
According to American media, the woman allegedly fired about 20 bullets to the house from a white Tesla vehicle in front of the house entrance.
After the incident, police found a white vehicle with which she headed south on Coldwater Canyon Drive.
They arrested the suspect, who was eventually identified as Ortiz, at the Sherman Oaks Trade Center 30 minutes after 911 was called. /Periscope
