In the Ministry's Facebook announcement, it is said that they have been and continue to be “in close co-ordination with victims' families, to provide needed support and to facilitate relevant procedures to return their troops to Kosovo”.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora expresses the most sincere condolences for families and relatives of victims as well as all affected by this tragedy”, the announcement says among other things.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora reports that around 14:15 yesterday, in Vienna, the Republic of Austria, there has been a serious accident at a construction site, resulting in some people losing their lives.
According to official information confirmed by Austrian authorities, the accident occurred in Vienna's AlserRund district during construction work, which has resulted in the collapse of a portion of the construction, workers have been caught in ruins.
Based on official confirmations and information provided through contact with family members, until now it has been confirmed that from the identified victims, Bajrami, Aslan Musliu and Istref Zekij, originating from the Republic of Kosovo.
Since receiving information, the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, through diplomatic and consular channels, have been and continue to be in close co-ordination with victims' families, to provide needed support and to facilitate relevant procedures for the return of their troops to Kosovo.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora expresses the most sincere condolences for families and relatives of victims, as well as all affected by this tragedy.
