After holding the hearing hearing, the Court appreciates that the appointment of the detention measure to this criminal case is adequate because if the defendant is left in freedom, there is danger of escape because the same has the citizenship of the Republic of Serbia and there is real possibility of escaping from Kosovo, as well as if the defendant is found in freedom he can hide, eliminate or change, so the Court appreciates that the detention measure at present is the only measure to ensure the unhibited development of the criminal procedure, said the report.

The preliminary procedure judge has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees Mr.S., so the same has been assigned the detention measure in length of 1 (a) month.
After holding the hearing hearing, the Court appreciates that assigning the detention measure to this criminal case is adequate because if the defendant is left in freedom, there is danger of escape because the same possession of the Republic of Serbia's citizenship and there is real opportunity to flee from Kosovo, as well as if the defendant is found in freedom can hide, eliminate or change, so the Court appreciates that the detention measure at present is the only measure to ensure the unhibited development of criminal procedure.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
