The couple are accused of child samples, physical and mental violence against the five-year-old, and severe bodily injury.
The judge of the preliminary procedure following the hearing of the parties in the procedure and after analyzing the paper found that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure is based, so I approve the PTHP's request for the appointment of the detention measure to A.K. and V. And so the same have been assigned the length of 1 (one) monthly detention period for each.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina
