Justice Released From Prison

Singer Besart Kelmendi, known as “Genist”, has now been released from custody a week after his arrest in Pristina. The gesture was arrested earlier under suspicion of “possession without permission”, while after the interview it was originally sent to hold for 48 hours. According to the allegations raised, he was charged with several criminal acts, including “Calcating”, “Nothing or property damage”, and “withhold ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
However, sources suggest that after a week's stay in custody, security measures have been changed to him, allowing him to be protected in regular procedure.
The case against the singer is expected to continue in the justice organs.
