Friedrich Merz, the German Chancellor, says he is in daily contact with such leaders as Keir Starmer of the United Kingdom, as well as France's Emmanuel Macron and Italy's Giorgia Melon, broadcast Telegrafi.
Germany did not consult for the war in Iran, Merz added, and it remains disobedient that there is a plan to bring democratic changes there.
Merz also says the US and Europe should step up pressure on Russia together to achieve peace in Ukraine.
When the time comes, both Germany and Ukraine will be involved in negotiating security guarantees after the war for Ukraine, Merz added.
Speaking in Bundestag, Merz also stressed the importance of finalising a B trade agreement E-US soon. /Periscope
