Pristina, March 18th 2026, Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, announces public opinion that in full co-operation and co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, and other supporting units, under the order issued by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, in the early hours of the morning of today, an action has been carried out.

In the course of this action, raids have been conducted on the Agency for Registering Business (ARBK), the institution that operates within the Ministry of Industry, Enterprises and Trade, due to allegations of committing criminal acts The use of official position or authority under Article 14 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code, as well as the criminal act, the special documents for counterfeiting, according to KPRK Article 391.
