Electricity outages in Tehran following explosions in Isfahan

A video posted on social media, and geo-loaned by CNN, shows a series of major explosions in Isfahan. Miners of the city's Grand Mosque, can be seen in the first plan of the images, broadcast Telegragraphy.
State media also reported explosions in the eastern and western parts of Tehran, with state news agency Fars saying there were initial blackouts of electricity in the city caused by scraps that hit a substation. The news agency later reported that electricity had been restored.

Early Tuesday morning, the Israeli Army issued a warning to Tehran's residents saying it would hit the Vard Avar “area in the next few minutes”, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
Online warning was posted to X in Persian, but it is unlikely to have been seen by people in Tehran, as there was an end to the internet since the beginning of the war in Iran. /Periscope
