That's how ZRE made it known through a Facebook announcement.
“This decision confirms the legality of the ZRRE decisions and the process of liberalising the electricity market in Kosovo. Z THE RHR continues to fully implement the process of liberalising the electricity market, in full accordance with Law No. 05L-085 for electricity and corresponding sublegal acts. The purpose of this process is to create a competitive, transparent and efficient market in the interest of all consumers”, the ZRE report said.
