Banning five gambling people is required

The General Department of Basic Prosecutorship in Gjakova has launched investigations into defendants with the initials E.B., A.B., N.H., J.M., and Mr.P., and has filed a request to the Gjakova Foundation Court branch in Malishev for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure.

After the command to search the premises by police officials, the defendants have attempted to escape by jumping from an object window, but were detained by police. With these actions, the prosecution says defendants in co-ordination have committed criminal work “organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling”.

The defendants since March 12th, 2026, with the State Prosecutor's decision, are under ban for a 48-hour high-profile criminal act.
