On notice, MINT states that after reviewing relevant documentation and judicial decisions, the ARBK staff found out months ago that a misinterpretation of a judicial act had occurred. This interpretation, in turn, is corrected through relevant legal and administrative procedures”.
Other things, in response, point out that the Ministry and Agency for Registering Business remain fully committed to co-operation with the law and law bodies, with the aim of fully whiteing the case.
“At the same time, we assure the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that institutions are working closely to establish and advance systems within the ARBK, with the aim of increasing transparency, accuracy of information and judicial security for all citizens and businesses that register or make changes to this institution. MINTI will continue to inform the public opinion of any development to comment on the matter”.
