According to the prosecution's indictment, the defendants allegedly on December 30th of last year, at the Community Research Centre in Progress, during the process of counting votes for deployments and on the quality of members of the counting team, acting in co-ordination and direct intent, in full opposition to the rules and procedures specified with the KEC's election legislation and legal acts, have taken co-ordinated and inter-connected action with the aim of distorting the results of the vote.
