The month-long detention measure against Edward and Anton Kacinari, who are suspected of, “Fade” and “task force” in Prizren.
The Constitutional Court in Prizren through an announcement has stressed that, in the case of the detention, the defendants have estimated there are legal reasons for the appointment of this move.
“From 2021 and on, the defendant E.K., exploiting the damaged B.C.'s serious financial state, has given the latter various amounts of money, contracting markedly non-conciplinary benefits. As a result of this allegations, only on behalf of interest from B.C. victim, the same gets over 400,000 (four hundred thousand) euros”.
“Unable to afford and return the debt, the second victim B.B. entered, which receives money from defendants to help the first victim in write-off. The E.K. defendants, and the A.K., of the victims, due to the collection of interest, require 550,000 (five hundred and fifty thousand) euros. To ensure this amount, defendants seek out the B.C. victims, which in the name of interest pass over local 2 (two) business and 1 (one) homes, worth about 1 (a) million euros.
The alleged E.K., and the A.K., with the aim of illegal profitability of wealth, use force by beating and disposing the victims, with céçrases forcing the victim B.C., with the date 11.03.2026, along with his mother to go first to the office of private finisher to proceed with the noriial procedures for the passage of property, but in the application of separate investigative measures, police intervene and arrest indictees<1>
