We celebrate independence today, but we also remember that our freedom is being protected again. 26 years after the liberation and 18 years after independence, our deliverers, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, are facing justice in The Hague. We believe in justice, but we want it to be impartial and fair”, Ismail Tasholli said.

“Edes defending our freedom” symbolizes the conviction that the liberation war was right and that protecting its dignity is a duty of civil and national.

 

 

Also, today in Pristina the biggest march was organised in the history of free Kosovo, “Justice, not politics”, where over 130 thousand citizens filled the capital squares, sending a clear message of impartial justice and protection of the dignity of the liberation war.
