Dixon has been critical of some of the witnesses interviewed by the prosecution, saying the statements of the same have been lies and rumors.
He has said of one of them that he had agreed to come to the Court to face questions, since he knew he would spread lies.
In addition, for one of the prosecution's witnesses, Dixon has indicated that he has heard from another person that he mentioned Kadri Veselin for a specific case but without offering a single test.
Wessel's lawyer has accused The Hague prosecutor of lazy and contempt of the foundations of the Special Court.
“ZPS has shown no guides, left you honored judges. According to us, this is lazy and shows contempt for the foundations of this court, which has not been created to condemn for the sake of the” sentence, Dixon said.
He has finally said that the court should be united for Kadri Wessel's innocence since there is no evidence offered by the Prosecutor.
