According to the same announcement, it is suspected that in co-operation with other people, it has committed criminal acts: “Deception” by Article 323 KPRK's “falsification of documents” by Article 390 of KPRK, and “Legalisation of false container” by Article 395 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

They allegedly committed fraud in connection with a 56-gold estate in Veternik.
In terms of the case, a car worth up to 600,000 euros has been confiscated, as well as cash worth of 20,000 euros.
