Urban traffic shows which categories are released if registered in the Digital Agreement

Categories benefiting from the release include children up to 7 years old, disabled persons, social cases, veterans and disabled persons of the KLA war, relatives of the martyrs and missing, pensioners of the Pristina municipality, KSF members, Kosovo Police, firefighters, elementary and high school students, health and education staff of the municipality, municipal administration employees and students of the capital.

Urban traffic explains the way you benefit the release:

Digital Tower: All beneficiaries should create an account and upload relevant documents (information, photography and evidence from the relevant institution).

Physical Folder: For people who do not have phones or other devices, they can apply for physical cards through the link https://kd.pbc.group/ticket In seven days.

According to the announcement, certain categories can also use physical records, including students, social cases, and disabled persons, providing needed documentation. Pensioners over 65 are released with just identification.

By March 1st 2026, the categories released on the NPK bus payments “Trabik Urban” will be allowed to travel for free only through Digital Culletes.

Freed Categories are:

• Children by age 7
• Limited persons;
• Social cases;
• Veterians with status “Veteran KLA War”;
• KLA war intervals;
• Family of the martyrs and missing KLA war;
• Pristina Community Pensioners;
• Members of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK);
• Kosovo police;
• Firefighters;
• primary and high school students of the Pristina municipality;
• Health staff, administrative, technical and supportive of all municipal health institutions of the capital (local level);
• Education, administrative, technical and support of all municipal education institutions in the capital, including pre-school institutions (local level);
• All municipal administration employees of the capital;
• All students of the Capital.

Explains:

1. To take advantage of the category released, you must create accounts in the Digital Tower and charge necessary evidence (the identification, a photo and testimony from the relevant institution).
2. People over the age of 65 (pensionists) are released with ID (innocentation).
3. Students of the Pristina municipality's elementary and secondary schools are released through Digital Culletes or through physical folders as explained at point 6.
4. Social cases are officially released by the Centre for Social Work, which confirms status as the beneficiary of social assistance. This category is released through digital wallets or through physical folders as explained at 6th.
5. Limited persons are released with relevant official testimony (certiate or decision by competent medical commission or relevant organ), proving the status of the disabled person. This category is released through digital wallets or through physical folders as explained at 6th.
6. People who don't have phones or other equipment and need physical cards can apply to the link: https://kd.pbc.group/tickets and within the 7-day deadline will be equipped with physical cards.
