The head of the American state gave no specific details about what the funds would be about.
In his speech, the American president said that leaders of several nations, including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan and Kuwait all contributed more than $7 billion to the 911 aid package.
