The decision has come after reviewing the requirements exercised against the Constitutional Court's ruling in Prizren and that of the Kosovo Court of Appeals, which had established and confirmed the measure of detention against them.
The Supreme Court, with the Pml.r act of Pml.1/05/2026, has approved the requirements for protection of legitimacy submitted by defenders of defendants in the criminal case against B.B., A.H., A.C., G.S., L.K., B.J., E.G., and I.P., changing the decisions of the lowest degrees and cutting the detention measure for all defendants. The same have immediately been released to defend in freedom”, the Supreme announced.
Similarly, the Supreme Court has approved the request for protection of legitimacy submitted by the defender of the H.P., cutting off the detention measure, for the criminal offence to the outcome of the vote, and releasing the same to be protected in freedom. The Supreme Court estimated that the legal conditions for breaking the detention measure have been met.
